Responsibilities: Develop and maintain a detailed annual giving program plan for alumni and parents which clearly outlines program methodology, components, objectives and fund raising targets Utilize technology such as social media, print, high-targeted phoning and crowd-funding to cultivate and solicit donations from the alumni and parent community Manage all technical (backend) program details such as selection of channel specific software, development and distribution of program elements through various print, digital, and online channels Serves as main point of contact for departments, faculty and student organizations as an advocate and gatekeeper for all crowd and social based annual giving programs Leverage analytics to determine best practices and refine processes to increase personal and program productivity Provide timely reports to Director of Annual Giving regarding performance of the assigned goals Coordinate the Highly Targeted Phone Program with parents and alumni Work with the Annual Giving team on planning and carrying through the annual plan Qualifications & Special Instructions to Applicants: Bachelor's degree required Minimum 2-3 years of experience with annual giving programs Strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as organizational skills Demonstrated ability to create and motivate taking action through social media campaigns Experience with community development Quinnipiac University is considering only those applicants who have valid authorization to work in the United States.
