During the period of appointment, this position will report to the Director of Video Production. The University is a member of the Eastern College Athletic Conference Hockey League (ECAC), the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference (MAAC), the Big East Conference and is an NCAA Division I member sponsoring 21 varsity sports. Responsibilities: Adhere to the highest standards of academic integrity and work in compliance with all University, NCAA, MAAC Conference, ECAC Conference and Big East Conference rules and regulations Produce highlight and feature content in support of Quinnipiac's athletic teams, coaches and student-athletes Support all game day video streaming and in-game production with an emphasis on ESPN3 standards Assist with the integration of video assets into the athletic department's multiple social media platforms Work with Director in archiving and cataloging video assets Supervise student employees Perform additional duties as assigned Qualifications & Special Instructions to Applicants: Bachelor's degree in related field 1-2 years of experience in athletic video production Demonstrated proficiency with video production equipment Knowledge and past experience with ESPN3 video streaming operations Proficient in all video editing software platforms Video content creation experience at the college or professional level Must possess a collaborative mindset and ability to work with varying and changing needs Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as strong organizational skills Ability to interact professionally within the department, the campus and the national community Ability to operate and carry camera equipment (up to 25 lbs.)
