Assistant Director, Digital Communications:Manage the day-to-day moderation and content curation of all UChicago Alumni-branded social channels, including creation and maintenance of a social media editorial calendar that advances the goals of alumni programs and initiatives, along with university news and events for relevant audiences. Maintain relationships with cross-campus social media partners to coordinate social communications efforts. Participate in campus communicators and UChicago Social campus groups. Be a social media resource on ARD Communications marketing projects, which will include planning, creating, executing and reporting on social media campaigns. Collaborate with design and editorial teams. Support the manager in analyzing social media performance data to provide recommendations for marketing projects.Act as the primary vendor contact and product manager for The University of Chicago Community Online (UCCO) - ARD's platform for enabling peer-to-peer communications by alumni club and group leaders to their members. Collaborate with the Alumni Relations team to launch new UChicago club websites. Lead staff and volunteer training on the UCCO platform and manage site access and permissions. Perform monthly and quarterly audits of site permissions and users. Be the primary point of contact on the ARD Communications team for coordinating the team's marketing efforts with UCCO communications.Support the manager and team, in marketing projects requiring digital strategy and reporting, as needed and assigned.Perform other duties as assigned.
