This position supports the firm's professional staff in two ways; by managing the grantmaking activities and by gathering and managing information for client engagements, for enhancing relationships with legal and financial advisors and to ensure that the staff is current on trends, actions and competitive information needed to continue to reflect the leadership role and reputation of the firm as a thought leader.
As Grants Administrator, this person is responsible for data management and supporting the grants cycle for private foundations managed by the firm. As part of the client centered team, the Grants Administrator will interface with grantees and clients and provide advisory staff with support around the delivery of all professional services to clients.
In the Analyst capacity, this person will be responsible for curating information that can be shared with staff, donors and the legal and financial advisor community to support continuing education, ensuring that all stakeholders have access to the most current and critical information about the philanthropic landscape and issues and matters that affect or support best practices in philanthropy. Additionally this person will be responsible for any electronic news and information sharing to clients and their advisors as well as supporting the preparation of information needed to support issue area focus related to giving strategies.

Qualified applicants must have demonstrated knowledge of on-line grants management systems. A working knowledge of Foundant is preferred. Excellent technical skills, in particular Microsoft based as well as strong social media knowledge is required.
The position requires the ability to write well, communicate well and have the ability to manage projects and initiate and follow through on time sensitive work.
