Coordinating, curating and managing the workflow for all Yale Medicine social media feeds (including editorial output matrices and publishing calendars) to maintain a steady stream of relevant, engaging conversations across multiple platforms, with an emphasis on Facebook and Twitter.
Developing Yale Medicine policies and Identifying best practices and new paths of engagement for targeted users, establishing tone and voice, and crafting content strategies for social platform engagement.
Monitoring social media feeds, leveraging positive feedback for amplification and managing negative feedback.
Creation and cultivation of strategy to amplify reach, using engagement and reciprocity throughout the Yale community, including the University, Yale New Haven Health and Yale Medicine departments and physicians.
In the digital marketing realm, defining agenda for collection of data to understand multiplatform content consumption, user behavior, and staff performance and priorities, developing policies and driving recommendations and actionable insights to grow traffic, deepen engagement, improve product and work more efficiently.
Setting and delivering key media performance indicators (KPI) for traffic and engagement goals across YSM's websites, social media channels Facebook, YouTube, Twitter and LinkedIn and partner platforms. Metrics include earned, organic and paid reach.
Building and maintaining effective dashboards and template reports for leadership, as well as to colleagues, stakeholders and clients, and serving as the primary source of contact for all analytics stakeholders to ensure accuracy and consistency of metrics reported.
