The National Center for the Middle Market (NCMM) is the leading source of knowledge, leadership, and innovative research on the middle market economy. The NCMM's mission is to ensure the vitality and robustness of middle market companies are fully realized as fundamental to our nation's economic outlook and prosperity.
Working with Fisher College of Business Marketing and Communications team, responsible for designing and delivering print, digital and event-based content that cultivates engagement with various NCMM audiences. This includes, but is not limited to: website production; overseeing freelance writers; managing the editorial calendar and production of podcasts; developing and growing online educational resources; managing social media engagement; copy editing for the center's blog, research, and annual report; managing and executing e-mail marketing campaigns; and identifying opportunities to repurpose assets into new and exciting delivery channels and formats; helps manage relationships for the Center's sponsors, partners, and vendors; coordinates and plans events with multiple stakeholders; supports Center leadership in other duties as needed.
Bachelor’s degree and 7-10 years’ experience in marketing/communications-related field(s); demonstrated experience in digital media production, e-mail marketing and social media content, preferably in a university setting; excellent writing and editing skills; strong project management, including event management skills.
Master’s degree in business administration or related fields such as communications, journalism or design; news writing/editing experience; digital content or e-learning experience; customer service experience; ability to work autonomously within a small, dynamic team environment; intellectually curious with a general understanding of business management issues.
Target Salary: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 Annually
