Is a passionate visual storyteller
Has excellent news judgment
Enjoys the challenge of responding rapidly to breaking news
Reports information accurately and quickly
Demonstrates a clear design sensibility
Understands design elements that work effectively on multiple platforms, especially mobile
Works well alone and in collaboration with smart digital journalists
