The Rohrer College of Business at Rowan University is seeking applicants for a ¾- time, non-tenure track position for the 2017-2018 academic year
The department offers Bachelor of Science degrees in Marketing and Management Information Systems as well as the Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a specialization in Supply Chain and Logistical Systems. In addition, the department offers undergraduate minors in Marketing and Management Information Systems and concentrations in the MBA program in Marketing and Management Information Systems.
The department is growing and is expanding its coverage of market analytics, marketing research, and supply chain management as it relates to the programs housed in the department while maintaining its AACSB and ABET accreditations.
Primary teaching responsibilities will include undergraduate marketing courses with a primary emphasis in one of the following: Principles of Marketing, Business-to-Business Marketing, or marketing research. A secondary teaching interest in an area such as social media marketing or services marketing would also be desirable.
Successful candidates will have a demonstrated history of either scholarly research or professional experience, or some combination of both.
An advanced degree in a marketing-related field with appropriate professional experience is required. A Ph.D. from an AACSB-accredited institution and experience at the post-secondary level are preferred. ABD’s will be considered.

The Department of Marketing and Business Information Systems is one of three academic departments within the Rohrer College of Business which is AACSB-accredited. The department also supports the Rohrer College of Business MBA program with specializations in Marketing, Management Information Systems, Supply Chain and Logistical Systems
