In this exciting andpivotal role, you will be performing key administrative functions and business-relatedduties with occasional guidance to support âThe Programs in Allied Health,Office of Health Sciences Education.â You will be responsible for organizingthe flow of daily operations to ensure service priorities are met; supportingand coordinating area initiatives; and performing a variety of administrativesupport to include, but not limited to scheduling, booking travel, expenseprocessing, and purchasing.

Â·Schedulesmeetings, takes and distributes meeting minutes
Â·Facilitatescoordination of graduation ceremonies including securing venues, bookingcatering, ordering flowers and coordinating delivery, creating and sending savethe dates and invitations, creates graduation programs and certificates,processing guest honorariums and travel arrangements
Â·Collectionand submission of weekly progress reports for DI and CVP
Â·Securestravel arrangements for faculty, staff and visitors through Concur
Â·Documentpreparation, duplication, creation, filing and maintenance
Â·Maintainspar level of office supplies
Â·Processes,organizes and uploads all incoming applications for programs
Â·Createsmeeting agendas and sign in sheets
Â·Ordersstudent lab coats, scrubs and polo shirts
Â·Organizesstudent meet and greet and various social functions

Â·Maintainsstudent folders, regularly audits contents for updates needed from students
Â·Maintainsfaculty folders, regularly audits contents and follows up with faculty forrequired documents as needed

Â·Submitswork orders for department areas
Â·AssistingDI program with 28 rotations, including competencies, projects, spreadsheets,survey development, distribution and assimilation of results
