The Willumstad School offers the MBA Program weeknights on its Garden City campus, a Global MBA in Manhattan, an Accelerated MBA Program on Saturdays in Garden City and on weeknights at off-site locations, and 4+1 programs. In addition, a Master of Supply Chain Management program is offered at Garden City. The School is expanding its portfolio of graduate programs with new degrees offerings in the pipeline.
Responsible for all operational aspects of graduate business programs including recruiting, enrollment, student advising, coordinating graduate student assistantship applications, completing external ranking surveys, and liaising with AUI. Works closely with employers, university offices, academic director of graduate programs, department chairs, and director of accreditation.
REPORTS TO: Associate Dean for Administration
RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:
Actively recruit students for the various graduate programs of the Willumstad School; market programs to ensure enrollment goals are met
Work with appropriate university offices to prepare publicity/marketing materials, including website and social media, to advise and assist with marketing campaigns
Enroll and advise recruited students
Advise and guide graduate students on internship and placement opportunities and with respect to graduation
Liaise closely with Adelphi University International to ensure international students are effectively mainstreamed
Coordinate graduate assistant applications for faculty and maintain oversight of the assistants
Organize co-curricular and extracurricular programming for graduate students
Develop and apply policies, as appropriate, including curriculum and student integrity issues
Address student issues and concerns in a timely and sensitive basis
Ensure university and school policies are complied with
Maintain post-graduation contact information of students
Organize and staff open house and other recruitment events on and off-campus
Meet with employers for recruiting students and for placement of graduates
Advise the dean on trends in graduate education
Maintain student records and report on enrollment and student success data
Complete external survey instruments for rankings
Work with department chairs, director of accreditation, and academic director of graduate programs to ensure curriculum is current, appropriate standards are set, and appropriate faculty are assigned to courses
Other duties as assigned

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS :
The job will require travel to off-campus sites and to offices of employers using personal vehicle and/or public transportation.
EDUCATIONAL/ EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
Master's degree, preferably an MBA
Three years college/university level program experience and/or academic experience
