We are a Florida trade association based in Tallahassee looking for a Communications Director. This position will collaborate with senior leadership and the board of directors to enhance the engagement of our members, awareness, and advocacy efforts. You must have experience building internal and external communications, and marketing plans that will accomplish our goals using all relevant means of communications. This will include managing a bi-weekly e-newsletter, educating and updating the public and media of the association’s affairs and member’s news worthy activities. You must be able to maintain a vibrant social media presence, add new and exciting content to the association’s website, and write captivating PSAs/articles for local print media. A successful Communications Director will work to develop marketing and communication strategies that serve and supports our staff and members.
