Job DescriptionHearken is looking for an experienced Product Manager to join our dynamic team. We’re looking for someone who will help our product develop by identifying potential improvements; conducting user and market research; generating product requirements; determining specifications, production timetables; working with our business development team on pricing, and time-integrated plans for product introduction; and developing marketing strategies. We value curious listeners, great communicators and willing collaborators who have empathy for and interest in the needs of our customers and our colleagues. This is a remote-friendly position for US-based candidates only. What you'll be working on:Hearken’s EMS (Engagement Management System) enables media outlets to solicit feedback from their audiences and integrate that feedback into their reporting process. From easy-to-embed web forms to automated CRM exports, the EMS offers features that align journalists’ work with audience engagement, editorial and business goals. Our ambitions for 2019 for our technology are exciting: we’ll be growing our team and speeding up our roadmap, including rolling out new offerings. By the end of 2019, we want all of our partners to understand how audience engagement connects to revenue goals, and advancing our technology will be a major part of that process.
