Assists content creator with OIA communications, including marketing collateral, blog articles, e-newsletter and social media platforms. Assists in development and implementation of social media strategy. Assists in interviewing and publishing articles of members, program users, OIA staff, business partners, etc. Assists in creating and distributing content across all available communication platforms.

• Assists in creating OIA communications, including product, program, event and service promotions, blog articles, e-newsletters, and other related content.
• Research and stay current on insurance industry trends, especially as they relate to independent agents.
• Assists in interviewing key stakeholders for videos, product testimonials, blog posts, news releases and feature articles and other related content.
• Assist with ensuring OIA communications adhere to brand standards.
• Assist in content creation for social media networks.
• Assist in implementation of organization’s social media strategy.
• Be an active user of multiple social media platforms and stay current on best practices for B2B usage of current and emerging platforms.
• Participate in brainstorming consumer-facing content on the value of an independent agent.
• Perform any other related duties as required or assigned.
