We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Senior Communications Manager, Retail Banking and Wealth Management, Asia Pacific.
Drive employee awareness, understanding and engagement with the priorities for Retail Banking and Wealth Management Asia Pacific
Facilitate visible leadership and dialogue with stakeholders, directing conversation with colleagues on the most relevant and meaningful topics
Use insight and feedback to develop compelling content primarily for internal audiences but designing select pieces to amplify across external channels to promote advocacy, employer brand, recruitment
Build strong relationships with the business and the Retail Banking and Wealth Management Asia Pacific communication network and supporting them with useful, relevant and timely tools, guidance and content
Introduce platforms that enable employees to discuss, challenge and contribute ideas that help embed a culture of collaboration and innovation
Support the delivery of organisational change and help build the Healthiest Human System
Work closely with global Retail Banking and Wealth Management Communications and Group Communications to roll out relevant campaigns, including the launch and maintenance of the Now news application
Use insights and feedback to inform the communications planning and execution across various internal and interlocking audiences and via a range of channels
Measure impact and effectiveness, contributing to robust Snapshot results
Proven track record in developing, managing and implementing effective communication strategies
Cultural appreciation of the needs of different audiences in different markets
Ability to contribute strategically to the overall communication response to key campaigns, projects and issues
An experienced leader who can consistently deliver superior team performance, identify and develop talent and work collaboratively with peers
Experience building strong stakeholder relationships at all levels and in managing a wide range of internal stakeholder relationships, including by matrix and virtually
Experience leading communications during periods of significant change within an organisation
Ability to understand business issues and devise communication solutions that deliver results, constructing fresh approaches where appropriate and making connections to other issues
Able to work in an ambiguous environment, priorities and reconcile competing demands and resolve complex issues
Exceptional writing ability, particularly in developing short, fresh content using more straightforward language and for use by leaders and across multiple channels, including digital channels
Some experience of media relations and social media an advantage, including writing press releases and talking points for leadership interviews
