Project and account management for East Tennessee Clean Fuels (ETCleanFuels, a 501c3 non-profit, contracted with UT) Drive Electric Tennessee (DET) program and project stakeholders (current and potential) including; focus area teams, public, and internal communications. Additionally, the position requires organizational coordination and the ability to provide direction with DET-related projects such as the EV Experience Ride n' Drive program, data collection, and public outreach programs. Assist in development of new project sponsorship ideas and events to support Coalition goals. Specific duties included, but not limited to include: - Production of communication media associated with development and adding content to social media pages, electronic communications, press releases, event announcements. - Conducts research for outreach to potential stakeholders of DET to build membership program. Creates communication to stakeholders and future stakeholder to promote and retain memberships. - Creation and organization of communications, webinars, in-person events, and conference calls for DET stakeholders to communicate project successes, coordinate and track focus area progress, and plan future communication efforts. - Management of ongoing DET focus area projects including coordination efforts where needed and managing time line constrains to ensure team members across Tennessee are notified and are on schedule.
Management of the Drive Electric Tennessee program under East Tennessee Clean Fuels Initiative including monitoring project success and growth. Assist with financial and administrative management of DET program, assuming responsibility for aspects of the non-profit. Manage and coordinate efforts of other employees and interns assigned to the project to ensure program success. Lead communications for DET projects including social media, website, and email by creating new material, news, and information posts. Connecting and organizing DET stakeholders working together on projects to achieve project goals. Building social media presence on Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin and posting new content. Develops monthly emails for communications involving DET monthly emails to public mailing lists to communicate DET news, successes, etc., DET monthly e-mails to communicate project progress, new goals, events etc. to stakeholders. Coordinating with leaders and implementers of DET team projects and steering committee on new initiatives, project progress and to determine directions. Communication of the value of DET to potential stakeholders, offering membership packages.
Coordination of DET focus areas and project teams including: -Maintaining project deliverables and time-lines to ensure project prompt completion of projects to meet goals. - Communications and recommendations involving project progress to DET steering committee members for initiative growth and new initiatives - Reviewing, revising, and submission of material for website and social media communications for the DET program within the East Tennessee Clean Fuels Coalition - Researching and conducting outreach to potential stakeholders
Coordination and research for the DET "EV Experience" Program. - Research and conducting outreach to potential workplaces and other organizations for Ride n' Drive events. - Communication with organization for promotions and vents scheduling. - Distribution of membership and survey materials to participants according to schedule. - Collection, entry, reconciliation, and data stewardship involving Ride n' Drive events for the DET program within the East Tennessee Clean Fuels Coalition.
Assist with financial and administrative management of DET program involving training and supervision of staff and interns as well as monitoring financial health of DET program. Manage DET program developing sponsorship, event ideas that support Coalition goals, including expansion of current initiatives. This task will involve delegation to other employees and collaboration with financial staff where necessary, in order to maximize the resources involve in developing these new directions.
