Asbury University is searching for a qualified candidate to fill the role of Director of Marketing and Communications. In addition to managing public relationships, the Director of Marketing and Communications is responsible for managing the organization's marketing strategy. In evaluating applications, emphasis will be placed on a candidate’s capacity to develop, lead/coordinate, implement, and assess university-wide strategic marketing and recruitment initiatives. The director will be expected to manage a marketing staff, demonstrate effective communication and collaboration skills as they partner with key personnel throughout the university, and implement an ROI (Return on Investment) culture. Through creative storytelling, innovative methods, and strategic targeting—the Director of Marketing and Communications is expected to highlight the value proposition of Asbury University and drive sales and revenue for the University.
