Growth and Membership Specialist
The Compass Experiment is seeking a creative, high-energy professional to lead audience development and marketing across our local sites. This person is responsible for determining the best ways to grow our local audience and promote our journalism in varying markets, with the aim of building long-term engagement and loyalty.  They will develop, execute and test data-driven brand awareness and membership marketing campaigns in consultation with Compass leadership.   This role has a hand in developing go-to-market strategies for new product and site launches as well as making our established sites and products better, utilizing a toolkit that spans social media, paid promotion, newsletters, digital analytics, content partnerships, events and more.  The ideal c
