Power Poll is in the business of aggregating email lists of powerful and influential citizens of U.S. cities. We then survey those people once a month, write up the results of those surveys, and send the survey results back to the powerful people on our lists. We seek freelancers who would help us build the lists in their markets, ask relevant and topical questions once a month, and then summarize the results in a story about the survey. The pay ain't bad.
