The Wall Street Journal is looking for a Deputy Editor of Culture, Training & Outreach. In this newly created position, you will help drive and support greater understanding, inclusion and opportunity for colleagues with diverse skills, perspectives and experiences at The Wall Street Journal. Reporting to the Editor of Culture, Training & Outreach, you will spend time with news team leaders, attend coverage meetings and help design and implement training and best practices that ensure a diverse, inclusive and welcoming workplace. You will be an ambassador for the Journal’s newsroom and support the Editor of Culture, Training & Outreach in equipping journalists with the skills needed to excel in their careers and create the exceptional journalism for which The Wall Street Journal
