The New York Times is looking for an ambitious, creative, digitally sophisticated leader to help shape its Opinion report, focusing on Politics and Culture. Responsibilities will include working under the Deputy Opinion Editor to help set a strategy for the department’s signature coverage and then directing day-to-day implementation of that strategy. You will partner with the Opinion Editor for World and Biz/Tech to ensure we have a wide range of pieces every day and will top edit pieces commissioned by our vertical leaders and others.
