The Recruiting & Development Specialist will be responsible for assisting with the full cycle of recruitment, onboarding, and integration of all attorneys and summer interns. The position is also responsible for assisting with Professional Development initiatives, including performance evaluations, mentoring initiatives, and substantive training programs. The role will also work with the Chief Legal Talent Officer on diversity, equity & inclusion initiatives and supporting the DEI Committee. This position may be filled in any of our offices and has a lot of opportunity for responsibility and growth!
