Texas Monthly has an immediate opening for a senior engagement editor. This new position will oversee the distribution of Texas Monthly’s editorial content through social media sites, newsletters, and third-party publishers, with the goal of meeting readers and potential readers where they are, and introducing Texas Monthly’s stories to them. The senior engagement editor will report to the deputy editor for digital journalism and will supervise the newsletter editor and the social media editor, reviewing strategies for each platform and helping to craft strategy for long-term editorial projects.
