Business: Boys Town Job Summary : The Alumni Support Specialist provides proactive and crisis support to alumni with a primary emphasis with alumni after the first five years after transitioning out of care. The role collaborates with other areas of the organization to assess, provide, and monitor services and support to youth as they depart from Boys Town.
