This staff position will be responsible for serving as test administrator and assistant on a federally funded research project. This staff member will be responsible for: administering assessments to participants in schools and organizing study visits, collecting, organizing, and entering study data; assisting with recruiting, screening, and determining eligibility of participants in an accurate and timely manner; communicating with study participants and maintain accurate records to document completion of surveys and assessments, coordinating online accounts among instructional coaches; and completing additional duties as assigned. Hours will include up to 29.5 hours per week beginning June 1, 2022.
Remote work is possible.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Collects, organizes, and correctly enters study data (10%)
- Assists with recruiting, screening, and determining eligibility of participants (30%)
- Communicates with study participants and maintains accurate records to document completion of surveys and assessments (30%)
- Conducts in-person assessments (10%)
- Coordinates online project accounts (10%)
- Completes additional duties as assigned (10%)

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree is required
Preferred: Previous experience with recruitment, assessment administration, data management and working on large-scale randomized-controlled trials.
