The Athletics Communications Graduate Assistant coordinates media operations, news releases and other printed material and website content for his or her assigned sports. This position will manage and grow athletics department social media and assigned sports social media presence on a daily basis. This position compiles and reports statistics, and acts as office liaison for assigned sports to the ASUN Conference office. Work closely with the creative content unit to help with and coordinate content for assigned sport(s) or areas in the department. Individual will also assist athletics communications staff as a secondary contact as needed and will work with other external staff to enhance marketing, NIL, revenue generation and other efforts as needed.

Required:

• Must have completed a Bachelor's Degree
• Must be accepted into EKU Graduate School
• At least one year of related experience
• Good writing and communication skills

Preferred:

• Experience with Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, etc.)
• Photography experience
• Videography experience
