Under the general supervision of the Police Lieutenant, the International Association of Campus Law Enforcement Administrators (IACLEA) Accreditation Coordinator conducts research, analysis, and report development in support of initial candidacy and ongoing accreditation of the campus' Police Department through IACLEA. The Coordinator will support the continuous processes to meet and exceed reaccreditation requirements.

Experience Requirement 2 - 4 years of related experience. Required Experience working in a University environment. Preferred MS Power BI software experience. Preferred Prior law enforcement policy and process development experience. Preferred Experience in project planning and management involving critical path analysis and scheduling to coordinate and prioritize workloads. Required
Minimum Requirements Proficient in ability to use discretion and maintain all confidentiality. Demonstrates ability to use sound judgment in responding to issues and concerns. Working knowledge of applicable policy analysis techniques. Demonstrates ability to analyze, research and synthesize large amounts of data with strong attention to detail. Proficient in communication and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing. Proficient in ability to multi-task with demanding timeframes. Demonstrated ability to serve and work well with diverse community members, peers and superiors. Ability to use discretion and maintain all confidentiality. Strong discretion in prioritization of tasks relative to need, constituency and deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of MS Office Suite and Social Media platforms and programming. Excellent interpersonal skills and abilities to relay rules, regulations, policies and directives. Strong verbal and written skills and ability to effectively communicate.
