The social media producer develops and implements the universityâs social media initiatives through an effective analysis of marketing efforts and external cooperation. Functions may include conceptualizing, developing, designing, producing, directing, and editing of social media projects. The producer helps monitor breaking news and developing stories, and develops large social media campaigns and other content including, but not limited to, video, photography, illustrations, audio, podcasting, interviewing, and texting, as part of a team.
