Directs the development and distribution of news releases to various information media under the direction of the Assistant Athletic Director. Maintains public relations with the University community and the state of Florida.
•Responsible for the communications, media relations, internet activities and contribute to the social and digital media activities for assigned sports.
•Interacts with traditional, internet and social media representatives and their outlets, report results, produce engaging game recaps, prepare news items on sports teams and its student-athletes; create and maintain current and historical files on teams, coaches and student-athletes.
