Fulfills the mission of Norwich University by leading strategic communications and comprehensive public relations for Norwich Athletics and the department's 22 varsity athletics programs. The Director of Athletic Communications is an integral member of the Athletic Department's external operations team, and work in close collaboration with the university Office of Communications. Salary: $60,000/year or more, depending on experience. Essential Functions: Determines communications strategy, plan, and execute programs to deliver communications objectives with measurable outcomes. Develops and executes Athletics Communications budget on an annual basis. Manages and supervises all department staff and work-study students/interns.
