The ideal candidate for the job will have at least three years of editorial management experience and a firm basis in SEO and social media strategies, as well as an instinctual knack for daily digital journalism, the judgment and temperament to supervise and motivate reporters, and the ability to write and edit quickly while maintaining high standards. This is a full-time management position with a salary of $70,000-$75,000, depending on qualifications.
