SNAP-Ed Bilingual Nutrition Educator, Suffolk County, NY The Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program Nutrition Education and Obesity Prevention (SNAP-Ed) Nutrition Educator will primarily be responsible for delivering established SNAP-Ed public education programming to improve healthy food and lifestyle choices among families and individuals of all age groups throughout the Long Island SNAP-Ed Region. This position will also assist with marketing efforts for SNAP-Ed programming in collaboration with other nutrition educators in the SNAP-Ed region. Given the geographic location of this position, many of the constituents will be Spanish-speaking individuals, so bilingual skills are required.Funding for the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program
