- Strong technical proficiency, including a basic understanding of JavaScript, HTML and SQL to develop new and modify existing code without the use of a tool.- Proven experience in form development, preferably using a variety of form tools. Elons tool suite includes Etrieve, Microsoft Forms, Qualtrics, Adobe Sign, WordPress forms, and PowerApps- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to gather requirements, analyze complex workflows, and propose effective solutions.- Exceptional project management skills, with a track record of successfully leading projects from initiation to completion.

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. - Demonstrated understanding of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design principles, with the ability to create forms that are not only functional and efficient, but also user-friendly and aesthetically pleasing.

General Purpose of Position
The Form Solutions Specialist plays a crucial role in our organization by leveraging their expertise in form development, business analysis, and project management to create efficient and user-friendly forms using our suite of form tools. This multifaceted role requires a combination of technical skills, analytical thinking, and excellent communication abilities to collaborate with various stakeholders and ensure the successful implementation of form solutions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Form Development & Support (35%): Design, develop, and customize forms using our suite of form tools, ensuring they meet the specific requirements of each project. This includes creating form fields, designing layouts, and implementing advanced functionality where needed. This includes a solid understanding of JavaScript and SQL to enhance form functionality and integration capabilities. Apply these skills to customize form behavior, validate data, automate processes, and facilitate data retrieval and storage.

• Business Analysis (25%): Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and end-users to understand their form-related needs and gather detailed requirements. Translate these requirements into practical solutions and recommend improvements to optimize form processes and user experiences.

• Project Management (20%): Lead form development projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, prioritize tasks, set realistic deadlines, and proactively address any project-related issues or risks.

• User Training and Support (15%): Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to end-users, ensuring they can effectively utilize the form tools and understand best practices. Troubleshoot technical issues, offer guidance, and address inquiries related to form development and usage.

• Quality Assurance (5%): Perform rigorous testing and quality checks on developed forms to ensure accuracy, functionality, and compliance with relevant standards and regulations. Identify and resolve any issues or bugs that may arise during the form development process.

Education and Experience

• Bachelors degree in computer science, software engineering or similar course of study; Masters degree preferred
• Two years professional development experience; experience in higher education preferred
