Princeton Day School is seeking an experienced candidate for a temporary leave replacement for a Multimedia Content Specialist from Monday, December 4, 2023 through Friday, May 31, 2024.
ESSENTIAL GENERAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Collaborate with team members and campus partners to develop high-quality visual assets (photos, graphics, other content) that enhance the school’s news, social media and website channels
Strategically plan and craft content for social media channels to build brand and audience awareness, increase engagement, and attract and yield prospective families
Oversee the creation, design and distribution of all weekly division newsletters and announcements
Assist with the design of a variety of school print and digital materials in partnership with the Art Director
Manage and update the school’s internal digital asset management system, Portfolio, and the school’s Flickr account
Manage external photographers and assign coverage as necessary
Collaborate with communications team members on projects taking on a leadership role when assigned.
Manage assignments as indicated by the Director of Communications
QUALIFICATIONS AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
Expert knowledge of photography techniques, camera hardware, editing, and design software including Adobe Photoshop and InDesign
Familiarity with FinalSite’s content management system, Composer, or similar software
Familiarity with the digital asset management system, Portfolio, or similar software
This position works 5-days in the office and must be able to work occasionally on evenings and weekend events.
