The University of Virginia’s College at Wise is seeking a Director of Athletic Communications. The Director of Athletic Communications oversees all aspects of athletic media relations, including production of UVA Wise Athletics publications, statistics, community public relations, broadcasting, graphic/website design, content creation, event management, preparing news releases, marketing engagement, assisting with the management of interns and other student employees; and performing other related duties as assigned. This position reports to the Director of Athletics and serves as a member of the Athletic Department’s Leadership Team. Essential Duties and Responsibilities •Plan and manage gameday operations for home contests (statistics, broadcasting, media relations, opponent relatio
