WFAE is seeking an experienced leader with fundraising, digital and marketing acumen to establish a digital membership program. The program will leverage web, mobile, social, email, streaming and emerging platforms to drive revenue growth through member acquisition and engagement. This is an opportunity to help expand support for WFAE’s mission to broader audiences. The successful candidate will work closely with other fundraising professionals and members of our digital team to support WFAE’s revenue goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a digital membership growth, engagement and retention strategy.
Manage and optimize digital channels to improve the donor experience and completion rates.
Create and oversee email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, A/B testing and content development.
Monitor and analyze digital membership metrics and progress toward goals, and provide regular reports to the management team.
Help shape goals and milestones for the digital membership program, building out 1 to 3-year roadmaps.
Collaborate with the content team and other membership team members to create compelling copy to promote membership initiatives.
Maintain accurate and timely donor records.
Stay abreast of best practices and industry trends in digital fundraising.
Proven experience in digital fundraising, membership management or a related field.
Experience implementing and managing digital advertising campaigns.
Excellent computer and technological skills, including proficiency in using content and customer management software.
Strong data analysis skills
Strong marketing and promotion skills.
Email marketing and direct response experience.
Excellent writing and communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple duties, with minimum supervision in a team environment.
Experience working successfully in matrixed environments.
