Overview:
The Admissions Recruitment and Outreach Representative is responsible for leading outreach initiatives across all KGI programs. In close collaboration with the Director of Recruitment and Outreach, the representative will provide strategic leadership in the planning, execution, and evaluation of outreach activities within their assigned local, regional, national, international, and virtual territories. Additionally, the Admissions Outreach Representative will contribute as an integral member of the admissions team, actively participating in a variety of events and activities as required to support broader institutional goals.
Keck Graduate Institute (KGI) was founded in 1997 as the first higher education institution in the United States dedicated exclusively to education and research related to the applied life sciences. KGI offers innovative postgraduate degrees and certificates that integrate life and health sciences, business, pharmacy, engineering, and genetics, focusing on industry projects, hands-on industry experiences, and team collaborations. Education and Experience:
A Bachelor's degree is required; however, a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or Life Science is preferred. Two or more years of experience in admissions, recruitment, sales, marketing, applied life science, or demonstrated success in a similar position within an accredited higher learning institution are preferred. Bilingual skills are also preferred.

Recruitment and Outreach Activities - 80%
Achieve individual inquiry and enrollment goals for assigned programs or territories through effective engagement with students and key partners.
Research community colleges and undergraduate institutions within the territory to identify opportunities and market KGI programs to prospective students.
Utilize social media, create promotional materials, and prepare presentations for school visits.
Coordinate with program directors and faculty to schedule presentations and manage all travel arrangements.
Participate in and present at information sessions, fairs, conferences, webinars, and other relevant events, both in person and virtually.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of KGI programs and related industries while meeting and advising prospective students.
Develop and implement new outreach strategies to enhance interest and establish new articulation agreements with key influencers.
Manage and track inquiry data in CRM, ensuring timely follow-ups while maintaining relationships with key influencers, student clubs, and school contacts.
Present the value of KGI programs to prospective students and applicants and conduct advisory sessions to tailor presentations to their needs.
Maintain consistent communication and engagement with all assigned applicants and inquiries via phone calls, emails, text messages, and in-person meetings.
Other - 20%
Participate in admissions events and assist with admissions advisor duties as needed.
Work on special projects and perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Recruitment and Outreach and other KGI leadership.

Ability to lift 20 pounds/participate in light set-up for recruitment and on-campus event.
Hours, Classification, and Status:
This is a regular, full-time, benefits-eligible, exempt position.
The regular hours of this position are Monday-Friday 8:00 am-5:00 pm. Hours may vary due to the needs of the College or department.
Salary range: $66,560 -$68,000 annualized. The salary of the finalist(s) selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, internal equity, experience, education, specialty, and training.
