Key Responsibilities

Content creation

* Write and edit news stories, articles, and feature pieces that are accurate, engaging, and well-researched.

* Conduct interviews and research to gather information for news and feature articles.

* Ensure all content adheres to university editorial standards and guidelines.

Social media management

* Develop and implement a social media strategy to enhance division's online presence and engagement.

* Create, curate, and manage published social media content (LinkedIn).

* Monitor social media trends and audience engagement and adjust strategies accordingly.

* Respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.

Email Marketing

* Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to promote content, events, and other initiatives.

* Write compelling email copy and create engaging subject lines.

* Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

* Maintain and segment email lists to ensure targeted and effective communication.
