Position Information: Under the general supervision of the Director of Employee and Organizational Development (EOD), the Training Coordinator & Learning Systems Analyst provides essential support to further EOD's objective of delivering impactful training programs and initiatives. This role encompasses both technical and programmatic functions: the incumbent supports the Senior LMS Administrator with day-to-day learning management systems (LMS) administration, end-user helpdesk support, and management of additional platforms such as the EPIC Learning Platform and Franklin Covey's Impact Platform. LMS-related responsibilities include senior domain and training administration back-up and operations support, such as user account management and access, instructor-led activity and roster maintenance, learner troubleshooting, and maintenance projects. In addition to LMS administration, the Training Coordinator & Learning Systems Analyst works closely with the EOD training team, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of program and workshop preparations, communications, scheduling, and materials. This person will provide occasional facilitation support alongside trainers, contributing to campus-wide training initiatives that promote professional development across the university.
The full salary range for the Training Coordinator & Learning Systems Analyst is $61,000 - $106,800 annually. However, the expected pay scale for this position is up to $72,500 annually. We base salary offers on a variety of considerations, such as education, licensure and certifications, experience, and other business and organizational needs.
Applicants must have current work authorization when accepting a UCR staff position. Currently, we are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa for staff.

Good verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills and good presentation skills.
Working knowledge of adult learning theories and education methodologies.
Working knowledge of functional area and understanding of how training may impact other areas.
Good analytical skills to understand how business needs can be addressed through the design and delivery of training programs.
Working knowledge of organizational policies and procedures.
Knowledge of Learning Management Systems

Familiar with current training programs and trends.
Good skills in delivering training programs.
Working knowledge of conducting needs assessment.

Experience with HR systems and identity and access management.
