$4,000 Stipend (10 -months)
Free room and full meal plan during the 10-month duration
Tuition remission for two (2) eligible Regis graduate courses/semester, with a maximum of six graduate courses (18 credits) per academic year.
The following campus-based programs are eligible for tuition remission:
60 credits of MA in Counseling (24 credits are not covered by tuition remission. The supervised field experience must be completed after the graduate intern role is complete.)
33 credits of MS in Regulatory and Clinical Research Management
30 credits of MS in Digital Marketing and Communications
The following fully online programs qualify for tuition remission on a space-available basis:
33 credits of MS in Health Administration
42 credits of Master of Public Health (6 credits are not covered by tuition remission
30 credits of Master of Social Work.
Courses in Graduate Nursing, Occupational Therapy, Applied Behavioral Analysis, Speech Language Pathology, and Doctor of Education programs are not eligible for tuition remission.

The Graduate Intern for Sports Information is a 10-month 35 hour/week position serving to support the work of the Department of Athletics. The Graduate Intern will focus on responsibilities related to the day-to-day responsibilities of the Athletic Communication Office within the Department of Athletics, including, but not limited to; writing, designing, and producing publications, press releases, and feature articles, serving as a lead statistician, compiling records, maintaining social media for the department, and supervision of student assistants. The Graduate Intern will be compliant with NCAA, Conference, and University rules and regulations.
Essential Department of Athletics Responsibilities:
Assist the Director of Athletic Communication in preparing news releases and feature articles highlighting intercollegiate athletics.
Assist the Director of Athletic Communication in distributing information to local, state, and national media.
Assist the Director of Athletic Communication in the design, creation, and editing of game programs and other promotional publications for intercollegiate athletics.
Assist the Director of Athletic Communication in maintaining athletics records and statistical files as per college, conference, and NCAA requirements.
Assist the Director of Athletic Communication in updating and maintaining the Athletics website and related social media.
Assist the Director of Athletic Communication in evaluating, training, and producing any athletic event broadcasting initiatives
Serve as a member of the Inclement Weather and Emergency Closure On-Call Team responsible for providing on-campus support for residential students during campus closure.
Serve as point of contact for residential student-athletes during the evenings and weekends.
Participate in Athletic Department staff meetings, functions and other duties as assigned by the Athletics Administration.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree required, admission to one of Regis' College's graduate programs.
Prior experience in a collegiate and/or high school Athletics environment preferred
Strong organizational skills required.
Excellent oral and written communication skills, computer literacy and strong interpersonal skills to work with various college constituencies.
The ability to work a flexible and irregular schedule.
Works well as a team member or independently.
Excels in prioritizing multiple tasks with attention to detail, problem solving and follow-through to consistently meet expectations and deadlines.
Appropriate certifications in First Aid / CPR and AED are required within an appropriate time of hire and must be completed (per NCAA regulations) before the beginning of the competitive season.
Must hold a valid driver's license.
Ability to work with students and diverse constituencies.
A positive attitude and an understanding of the importance of being open-minded and flexible.
