Defiance College, an NCAA D-III institution and a member of the Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference located in Northwest Ohio, seeks qualified applicants for a full-time assistant to the Sports Information Director. The individual will assist with coordination of publicity, media relations and promotion of the College’s 18 intercollegiate sports programs. Primary responsibilities will include serving as the main contact for several sports; layout and design of media guides, game-day programs and game-note packets; writing news releases and stories; daily maintenance of www.DefianceAthletics.com; keeping statistics and performing other game-day tasks; creating and posting social media content; and other duties as assigned
