Job Summary: The responsibility of this position will be to tell the story of the Department of Communication Arts across the numerous communication platforms through which we engage our students, alumni, donors, faculty, staff, and partners throughout the university. To communicate to these groups and deepen their investment in our program, our communication specialist will need to possess the skills to craft effective news stories, produce compelling social media content, generate fundraising appeals, and promote department efforts.
