Tower Hill School seeks a collaborative, thoughtful and reliable full-time Marketing Manager to drive photography, videography, graphic design and visual content for the school. This position will take responsibility for daily storytelling for multiple communication channels using images and video. The role will also refine and maintain the school’s brand identity, while contributing to digital content as part of a cohesive team.
Reporting to the Director of Communications and Marketing, the Marketing Manager is a key member of a three-person communications team and will contribute to a broad range of materials including the biannual school magazine, social media, fundraising and admission campaigns, weekly digital newsletter, athletics coverage, website and alumni relations. The Marketing Manager will be able to work both independently and in coordination with the marketing and communications team. The candidate will build and maintain strong relationships across the school community to document events and uncover news stories and tell them in a visually compelling and engaging way.

Ideal candidates should possess the following credentials and qualities:
Bachelor’s degree in communications, design, photography or marketing
A minimum of two years experience in a communications or marketing role
Familiarity with the education field, independent schools, and/or nonprofit work is preferred
Ability to conceive, shoot, edit and produce high-quality photos and video
Experience with organizing, editing and maintaining a database of photo and video assets
Expertise in digital and print graphic design, layout, illustration and brand identity
Ability to use non-automatic settings on digital SLR camera with different lenses
Fluent in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier Pro, Bridge, etc.) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets and Slides)
Experience working with a website Content Management System (CMS), preferably with Blackbaud
Contribute to the editorial calendar, developing content and exploring new or innovative methods to increase fans, engagements and link clicks
Assist in management the school’s website and social media platforms
Project management experience and the ability to simultaneously move multiple projects forward is desired
Extremely detail-oriented and organized
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Portfolio of graphic design, photography and videography
