| The Office of Communications serves as the primary information resource for the School. We can help journalists with their print, web, TV, and radio stories by identifying experts for interviews on a wide range of public health topics. We create content for the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health website and other Harvard publications. Our office also writes press releases announcing the latest research and news coming out of the School. The Senior Digital Content Manager is a member of the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health Office of Communications and serves as the Office's point person for digital content management and strategy, with the primary objective of enhancing and furthering the School's mission and digital brand. This role contributes to the strategic planning and creation of digital content; helps coordinate management and updating of web content on primary websites and microsites; consults with departments, divisions, and centers to assist in creating, rethinking, and maintaining their website content; and ensures that all content on the Harvard Chan School website is accurate, up to date, appropriate, and consistent with School standards. Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
PLEASE NOTE: The primary work location for this position is Boston, Massachusetts. Until our return to campus, which is still to-be-determined, this interview process and position will be conducted virtually – including virtual interviews, remote onboarding, and remote work. The remote nature of this position is only temporary. Local, on-campus work will be required as a condition of continued employment once the School and this role return to an operational status that supports it. At the Harvard T.H.
