The Membership-Volunteer Coordinator will promote volunteer opportunities and actively seek volunteer members. Works with PDA staff to develop new pathways for volunteer activity, supports placement of volunteers and assures member satisfaction with volunteer programs. Duties & Responsibilities: Coordinate and support volunteer and member recruitment initiatives Monitor and respond to volunteer mailbox inquiries, phone calls, and Volunteer Interest Profile submissions Coordinate and support delivery of executive reports on critical volunteer metrics Carry out volunteer communications and marketing on the PDA website, in social media, by email, and at conferences Communicate with chapter lead
